This Equipment Operating Lease (the Agreement) is effective [DATE]. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee and Lessee hereby rents from Lessor all the machinery equipment and other personal and movable property (hereinafter collectively called the Equipment and individually an item of Equipment) described in Appendix A hereto or in such replacement equipment lease appendices which may from time to time hereafter be executed by Lessor and Lessee and attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Lease as supplemented by the terms and conditions set forth in the appropriate appendix identifying such items of Equipment.
